27-inch chopper-lump barrels with 2 3/4-inch chambers, about improved cylinder and 1/4 choke borings, the additional 30-inch chopper-lump barrels by another with 2 3/4-inch chambers and fitted with Teague interchangeable choke tubes, the frames, locks and gold numbered top levers with fine bouquet and scroll engraving and retaining much original hardening colour, the maker's name signed within a scrolling banner, gold lined cocking indicators, Boss single trigger, 14 3/4-inch highly figured replacement stocks with half pistol grips, No.2 gun with slight crack at the head, additional 14 3/4-inch figured replacement stocks with full pistol grips and leather recoil pads included in a fitted leather case, 6lb. 11oz., nitro proof, in their lightweight leather motor case with compartment for the additional barrels

The maker confirms that the guns were built in 1974. The guns were subsequently re-chambered and re-proofed in 1999. The additional 30-inch barrels are of the highest quality and were fitted in 2005. They have been subsequently chamber sleeved with extensive forcing cones and been fitted with Teague chokes. |
